The rules of the board

KwizPro provides tools to turn your own study material into flashcards, quizzes and review schedules. You may use the service for personal study. You are responsible for the material you upload and for using your account in line with these terms.

You must keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may close your account at any time, which deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Don't use KwizPro to store or process unlawful material, to attempt to break or overload the service, to scrape or redistribute content at scale, or to interfere with other users' accounts or data.

Flashcards and quizzes are generated by AI from the material you upload, with fact-checking against your source. AI output can still contain errors — always review important content against your own notes and teachers. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider (Stripe) and renew automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal, and you can cancel any time from the billing portal — access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and you can contact support@kwizpro.app.

We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves, and we'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwizPro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
